Sum of Us Festival is a 4-day, 3-night camping festival encompassing wellness workshops, special events, live performances, opportunities for healing and connection, and a showcase of queer vendors, all within a safe space to be together in nature.

Volunteers play an integral role in the success of Sum of Us Festival. We are recruiting dedicated and responsible volunteers to support our vision, mission and principals. All full-time volunteers receive free meals, a volunteer shirt, a camping pass, and a festival pass. Please review our principals below before completing your application.

Before applying, please review our full-time volunteer expectations: 
- A minimum commitment of 24 hours of service.
- $50 non-refundable volunteer fee (Click here for more details)  
- Begin service hours on Thursday, September 19th, 2024. 

Please note: Applications are for Full-Time Volunteers only.

We cannot ensure a volunteer position to every person. Volunteers will be accepted on an as needed base. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed by all volunteers who are accepted.

Volunteers are guaranteed a camping pass. Car camping passes, and lodging are purchased separately.
Each of our volunteer teams fall into one of these three categories, please choose one and we will sort you into a team within that category.
