Vendor Fee InformationVendors are expected to bring their own EZ-Up, tables, chairs, camping, and weatherization materials. If your application is accepted, in order to confirm participation, we must receive your vendor fee by June 15, 2024.
Each Vendor Camping space may include tent, car, and/or van. Each vendor team may choose the location of their camping space as they arrive on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.Sum of Us Festival is not responsible for reserving camping space(s) for friends of vendor's that may arrive on Thursday, September 19, 2024.

Each applicant must participate in a 1:1 Google Meeting with our Vendor Manager by May 15, 2024.This meeting will take no longer than 30 minutes.Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a link to their Calendly in your email.
Service and craft vendors are expected to arrive on Wednesday (September 18, 2024) for set up.Each vendor must be available for attendees 6 hours per day on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (September 19-22, 2024).Vendor Village will have designated Market Hours (schedule TBA). Vendors will not be obligated to remain open beyond Market Hours.
