Sum of Us Festival is the first wellness festival for LGBTQIA+ women and trans identities. A reimagined well-being space for outdoor enthusiasts, the creatively inclined, people seeking queer community, individuals exploring gender and sexuality, and everything in between. Enjoy a variety of wellness workshops, special events, live performances, opportunities for healing and connection, and a showcase of queer vendors, all within a safe space to be together in nature.

Please be mindful that this application and opportunity is intended for LGBTQIA+ women and trans-identifying business owners.

Vendors are encouraged to bring weather-proof storage, tarps, stakes/sandbags, and an EZ up with sides in case of excessive rain, hail, wind, or heat.
  
Time Commitment
Vendor Interview

Each applicant must participate in a 1:1 Google Meeting with our Vendor Manager by May 15, 2024.
This meeting will take no longer than 30 minutes.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a link to their Calendly in your email. 

  
Arrival & Work Hours *

Service and craft vendors are expected to arrive on Wednesday (September 18, 2024) for set up.
Each vendor must be available for attendees 6 hours per day on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (September 19-22, 2024).

Vendor Village will have designated Market Hours (schedule TBA).
Vendors will not be obligated to remain open beyond Market Hours.
