Sum Of Us Fest celebrates art. We understand the importance of visual, visceral, inspiration. This year, we are opening up spaces for installation artists to showcase your work! As a structural artists, you can work with the natural elements of the forest such as trees, plants and earth. If chosen, you may bring information on your work and display your name next to your design.
Sum of Us Festival is a 4-day, 3-night camping event as the leading wellness community for LGBTQ+ Women, Trans Identities, & Gender Expansive Folks that includes wellness workshops, special events, live performances, healing & connection, queer vendors & merchants, ASL, PTASL, & disability access in a safe space to be in nature together.
Our goal is to give our community a chance to evolve outside of nightlife by creating other safe space options.
By filling out this form, you are aware that artists will be responsible for properly preparing for their installation, and represent themselves and Sum of Us Festival with respect, authentic professionalism, a can-do attitude and uphold our 10 principles:

Location: Cobb, California
Our beautiful new location offers walking trails with expansive views of the Mayacamas Mountains — be surrounded by nature around every turn. Amenities include a large pond that is perfect for paddle-board yoga, sunbathing while floating or boating activities, as well as multiple fields available for yard games and an outdoor pavilion. We have upgraded our venue to one with hot water showers, flushable toilets, pre-set-up tents-cabins, pool, and a much larger space for our growing community.
Exchange: Artists will receive a ticket to the festival including a tent camping pass, AND an extra guest ticket. We are unable to offer housing, as boarding is limited this year. However, you may purchase a cabin or glamping tent, if one is still available.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee all artist applicants. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed by all performers who are accepted. There will be an honorarium provided to each performer/group who is offered a slot. We honor all systems of reciprocity for services including trade and barter, conversations, service exchange, access to event and other arrangements as best see fit. All selected candidates will discuss details about honorariums with the Programming Director.
