Our Sum of Us Festival 2024 IS NOW OPEN! We are so excited to learn about the incredible talent our community has to offer!

PROFESSIONALS ONLY. To protect the integrity and authenticity of the services provided at our event we ask that only well experienced experts in their fields apply.

We are open to all workshops/programming in the realm of wellness, including somatic healing, fitness/movement/sports, ceremonial space holding, resource sharing, self-help, sexual wellness and the like! Some more specific facilitation we are looking out for are around the topics of disability/chronic illness/pain, indigo (natural) tie-dyeing, sustainability/plant work, tea ceremony, practical entrepreneurship, advocacy in corporate settings, grief and death acceptance. We ask that all workshops be interactive vs speaker style as our goal is for participants to connect and engage with themselves and each other.

Each facilitator must lead TWO workshops, which can be of a similar topic but must differ in some way or build on one another, offering our community a diverse and dynamic experience. 

Sum of Us Festival is a 4-day, 3-night camping event as the leading wellness community for LGBTQ+ Women, Trans Identities, & Gender Expansive Folks that includes wellness workshops, special events, live performances, healing & connection, queer vendors & merchants, ASL, PTASL, & disability access in a safe space to be in nature together.

Our goal is to give our community a chance to evolve outside of nightlife by creating other safe space options.

By filling out this form, you are aware that facilitators will be prepared for their workshop or special event, and represent themselves and Sum of Us Festival with respect, authentic professionalism, a can-do attitude and uphold our 10 principles of:

Location: Cobb, California
Our beautiful new location offers walking trails with expansive views of the Mayacamas Mountains — be surrounded by nature around every turn. Amenities include a large pond that is perfect for paddle-board yoga, sunbathing while floating or boating activities, a pristine creek running through the venue, as well as multiple fields available for yard games and an outdoor pavilion. We have upgraded our venue to one with hot water showers, flushable toilets, pre-set-up tents-cabins, a pool and a much larger space for our growing community.

Capacity: You can expect 1200+ people attending the festival. Expect 100-350 attendees at your workshops.

Exchange: Facilitators and Special Events Leads will receive an honorarium of $300, a ticket to the festival including a tent camping pass and vehicle parking pass, AND an extra guest ticket. We are unable to offer housing, as boarding is limited this year. However, you may purchase a cabin or glamping tent, if one is still available. 

PLEASE NOTE: Spaces for workshops and special events are limited and honorariums will be provided to the selected facilitators. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed by all facilitators who are accepted. Completion of this form does not guarantee you a space.
